Nestled among majestic mountains and charming community, this hotel satisfied all our needs for a winter vacation. Close to Schneereich ski areas and scenic walking routes, we enjoyed easy access to winter sports and outdoor activities. Our room on the top floor provided a picturesque view from the balcony and was equipped with top-notch amenities, including a comfortable bed and immaculate bathroom. the staff impressed us with their warmth and willingness to accommodate our every request, and the breakfast buffet and wellness facilities were unparalleled.

The hotel could benefit from a more straightforward dinner menu, as we found some dishes complicated and time-consuming for the serving staff, impacting our overall experience.

I had an amazing stay here! The location in the mountains was perfect for accessing the nearby ski areas. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping always on point. The hotel also had a variety of shops and commercial services available, making it convenient for any needs I had. The free shuttle service was a great bonus, making transportation a breeze. Great Christmas experience! The decorations were amazing, with a beautiful tree and lights everywhere. , the location was perfect, very close to the ski slopes and to some great restaurants. We also appreciated the indoor pool, which was warm and perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing.

The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful during our stay. They didn't seem to care much about our needs, and were often slow to respond to our requests.

Only two things I liked in this hotel during my New Year stay, the hot tub and the cozy fireplace in the lobby. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and the bubbles were very relaxing. Also, the fireplace was a great place to hang out with friends and family. The hotel is also located close to the slopes, which made skiing convenient.

There were many things I disliked about this hotel. Firstly, the staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Secondly, the room was not cleaned properly and it smelled bad. Lastly, the food was terrible and overpriced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not be coming back.
